This is delicious served with beef tenderloin or standing rib roast. I also use this on cold roast beef sandwiches.

Yield: 2 cups
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 tablespoons prepared horseradish with juices
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- Freshly cracked pepper
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
