Barbecue Ranch Chicken
- 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce (flavor desired)
- 1 envelope dry Ranch dressing mix
- Place all ingredients in IP.
- Set to manual setting on 25 minutes at High Pressure.
- Natural Release for 10/15 minutes, then QR.
- Shred chicken and saute for a few minutes to thicken.
- Use a flour tortilla as a wrap or use in sandwiches.
